Nov. 6th - 1st Anniversary Trip: Day 1 - Downtown Disney

For our first wedding anniversary we decided that it would be fun to "return to the scene of the crime" and have a weekend away at the Disneyland Resort.  Because of a Fall special, we even stayed at the Grand Californian!  The plan was to relax, enjoy some time together, and maybe check out some things that we don't normally do.  (Nala stayed with her Mimi and Papa.)

Not long after we arrived there was a knock at the door.  My Grandma had sent an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement!  John took a picture of it on the balcony.

Our passes are blocked out on Saturdays so we spent the evening in Downtown Disney.  We had dinner at Tortilla Joe's, walked through the shops, and listened to street performers.  It was a really nice evening.
