Kiss! Luckily Landen was never one of those kids
who did the open mouthed kiss.
Well now,
that’s a toothy smile.
Tuesday, February 5th
We went out
to dinner at the Olive Garden for the first time. We decided to surprise Landen
with is first chocolate milk. Needless
to say, he LOVED it. He drank SOOOOO
much.
John
obviously enjoyed his food as well.
Wednesday, February 6th
I decided to
give Landen corn with his lunch and could not get over how well he fed
himself. He barely missed a kernel!
Friday, February 8th
Supervising
Nala as she eats her dinner.
Check out my
new word: apple (“bapple”)
I also know
how to throw away trash in the recycling bin.
AND, I’m
getting really good at knowing my body parts.
Saturday, February 9th
We decided to
get creative and make trees of hearts for our families for Valentine’s
Day. We haven’t really done much art
with Landen so he loved getting to do something a little different.
Sunday, February 10th
John and I
never go out to dinner on Valentine’s Day.
It’s too crowded and crazy. I
heard about a special meal event they were doing at the Blue Bayou at
Disneyland so we decided to go and celebrate Valentine’s Day a few days early.
We just love the ambiance at the Blue Bayou!
We requested a table near the water so we wouldn’t be stuck in the back. It’s nice there too, but we really love it along
the water.
Fresh apple
fritters with vanilla bean ice cream, cherry syrup, and apple glaze! The whole meal was worth it just for dessert.
