For Bobby’s annual birthday celebration we followed tradition and had dinner at Tokyo Hibachi. It was delicious as usual. Taylor had a good time playing with chopsticks and making funny faces. She was a little leery of all the action going on on the grill. Afterwards we went to my parents’ house to chat, unwrap gifts, and have cake. It was a really nice evening for everyone.

John and I got Bobby this ridiculously heavy tool he wanted. Since Taylor was helping him unwrap presents we told her to go over and get the gift to give her Daddy. The box easily weighed 3 or 4 times her weight. She was pushing with all her might! It was absolutely hilarious. I only wish I’d thought to turn on the video earlier to catch it all. Here’s a little snippet of the end. You can hear my Dad cracking up in the background. My Mom finally took pity on her and got up to help.
