I recently
relocated at work to a new cubicle space in the facility. I was lucky enough to have them build me my
own little space so I’m not in a “bullpen” area. I love it!

We had
special tickets to see the Golden Horseshoe Dinner Show. They put it on as a limited time
offering. Here is the synopsis: Inspired by the world-famous Frontierland
show that Walt Disney himself began in 1955, A Salute to the Golden Horseshoe
Revue features a variety of songs and dance numbers from past productions and
is an homage to fun-filled, family friendly musical entertainment. The dinner menu was inspired by the show’s
original menu:
- Starter: Corn chips in a souvenir Golden Horseshoe boot mug
- Entrees: Black forest ham and roast beef sandwiches
- Sides: Golden raisin and carrot salad, Yukon golden potato salad, Very Berry fruit salad
- Beverages: Mint Julep, water, coffee
- Dessert: Walt & Lilly's 30th Anniversary Celebration Cake
We met up
with my parents, Joi, and Deanna and Loryn for the show. We had a good time and enjoyed the show.
Afterwards we
did some more wandering around the park.
We didn’t stay too much longer
though because it was cold!
