Things are
starting to get finished up on our construction project. Although not much happened in the new master
quite, this month we were able to get some projects completed in other parts of
the house.
We FINALLY
had recessed lights installed in the kitchen!!
The undercabinet lights have worked since we moved in, but it’s AMAZING
to have more light in the kitchen now.
We had a
couple of sky tubes installed in Landen’s room, the front bathroom, and the
office. Since these rooms all lost
windows when we added on, we wanted to bring in some more nature light. It’s crazy how much light the sky tubes add
to the rooms. Such a difference! The one in the bathroom cracks me up because
it’s right over the toilet. It looks
like a heavenly light shining down over the commode.
You can see
in that last picture of the office that the new wall is in the process of being
built and we opted to install a pocket door into our bedroom.
We’re getting
close to being done!
