Landen’s
first trip to Home Depot. He’s still
getting used to sitting in a cart so he was a bit floppy. John loved it when he would lean over and try
to put his mouth on the bar. Ick!
After Home
Depot we spent some more time outside while John BBQ’d
Monday, May 7th
Landen helped
his Lola open her birthday presents. He
got her a framed picture of him for her office at work.
Tuesday, May 8th
Play time at
Lolo’s
Nala had to
go to the vet for her yearly exam. She
was not a happy camper. The vet’s office
gives her a lot of anxiety and she starts losing fur like crazy!! She was cowering behind my chair for
awhile. The vet was great with her and
she got a clean bill of health.

To celebrate
the end of the week, we decided to meet up with the Fritts family at Disneyland
for a few hours. It was pretty busy but
since were just hanging out it didn’t matter much.
Landen was
less than interested in the parade going by.
All he wanted to do was play with the stroller wheel. We obviously need to work on his level of
excitement over the characters. J

We could
hardly believe it when Landen slept through the entire fireworks show. Apparently the booming doesn’t bother him.
